Hi! My name is Ida.

I’m a passionate photographer from Copenhagen.
I love observing the world around me, capturing those special moments, and creating memories through my camera. My love for photography goes way back — the first time I held a camera was at six years old, standing on top of the Bitihorn mountain in Norway, where I borrowed my mother’s DSLR and took my very first photo. The interest stayed with me, and in 2020 I upgraded my gear and threw myself into truly understanding the relationship between light, composition, and camera technique — all the elements that together create a good photograph.

My passion for photography is closely connected to my love of traveling and exploring new corners of the world. I’m especially drawn to wild and untamed nature, to vast, raw, and majestic landscapes — the kind of places where you can feel wonderfully small as a human being.

In 2024, I bought my first drone, and it has since become a permanent part of my camerabag whenever I head out to photograph. I love how the drone opens up completely new perspectives and possibilities. Since then, I’ve also become a certified drone pilot.
